My biggest weakness is anything with peanut butter in it. However with the gyms being closed I'm trying to eat healthier and I'm trying to make more home made goods to cut out preservatives and unknown chemicals. So here is my craving cure;
What you need:
1 cup natural peanut butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 cup dark chocolate
1tbs coconut oil
Silicone mini muffin tray
Step #1
Mix in 1cup of natural peanut butter with 1/4 cup maple syrup in a small sauce pan on low heat
Step 2:
Mix 1 cup dark chocolate chips with 1tbs of coconut oil in small pot on low heat. constantly stir to avoid burning the chocolate.
Step 3
In a silicone mini muffin tray add a small amount of the melted chocolate.
Step 4
Add all your peanut butter syrup mixture. Make sure to leave space to add the remainder of the chocolate.
Step 5
Use the rest of your melted chocolate to cover and fill the remainder of the cup.
Let chill in fridge.
